Why I choose SKS although I travelled all the way from Sodepur, North of Kolkata all the way to Behala because of one guy Pritam. He works at SKS. His prompt response to my queries, clarity of information provided, warmth and professionalism created the perfect Soundstage. My pair of Wharfedales 12.2’s availability was another factor. Entire Kolkata no one could provide me with this iconic brand let alone setting up a demo. Excellent experience, good discount & finally I got home a pair of Wharfedale Diamond 12.2 with TEAC 301DA-X stereo amp. Next feedback after Installation. I have visited several (almost all ) high end audio showrooms in Kolkata. SKS has probably the best demo rooms amongst them all. What impressed me most was there was a dedicated demo room for HT alone and two others dedicated to only stereo. This is really excellent and I haven’t seen it in any of the other demo rooms I have been.

The store is housed with full of high end audio systems....but what attracted me the behavior of staffs,specially Pritam, a genuine guide with full of knowledge of audio system .His patience to deal the customer is outstanding....overall experience is fabulous
